This is the classic Italian brewing way, it was invented by an Italian engineer named Alfonso Bialetti in 1933. Is not espresso brewing, but easily, you can make better coffee than most of the big chain coffee shops espresso.
- Use good water, tap water can make your coffee bitter and chalky. We recommend you to use Third Wave Water to have the perfect water for a perfect coffee.
- Do not tamp the coffee bed.
- Placed on medium-high heat and when you see the coffee coming out of the spout fast and bubbling, remove the brewer from the heat and serve.
