Huila is currently the largest producer of coffee in Colombia and It regularly produces Cup of Excellence-winning lots. High Elevation, unique local climate, and nitrogen-rich volcanic soils give this region’s coffee a very bright, sweet, and aromatic flavor profile. Our coffee was sourced from small, family-owned farms throughout the Huila department and washed processed to produce a very clean and balanced cup with flavors of chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit sugar with notes of citrus.
